TEMPO.

Their normal, learned.

Rules written for the average pet are wrong for yours. An hour of running is a quiet day for one dog and a marathon for another. Tempo doesn’t use averages.

Design intent

How it’s designed to work.

01

Settle in

Over the first weeks, Tempo builds a personal baseline for each signal: activity, rest, nighttime restlessness, scratching, eating, drinking and range from home.

02

Look for persistence

A single odd day is life. A change that holds is a pattern. Tempo waits for the second.

03

Respect context

Notes you log in Daybook (travel, a new home, hot weather, a vet visit) adjust how changes are read.

04

Stay close to home

Processing on the device or at home is preferred wherever it’s feasible.

Tempo inside

What the AI does.

It spots changes early, explains them in plain language, shows the data behind every flag, and tells you when something may be worth asking your vet about.

What it doesn’t do

  • Diagnose, predict or rule out illness
  • Score or rank your pet against others
  • Act as an emergency monitor
  • Use your pet’s data for advertising

Private by design.

  • Model improvement uses de-identified data, only if you opt in. Off by default.
  • Your pet’s baseline belongs to your account and is deleted with it.
