Can I buy SACOM PET products today?
Not yet. We’re finishing Kite, Hearth, Daybook and Tempo now. Join the waitlist and you’ll be first in line when early access opens.
How much will they cost? Is there a subscription?
Pricing isn’t set. We’ll publish full pricing, including any subscription, before you can order anything.
Is this a medical device? Can it tell me if my pet is sick?
No. Our products are wellness and tracking tools. They notice changes in your pet’s own patterns and tell you when something may be worth asking your vet about. They don’t diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
Does it work for cats?
Yes, by design. Kite has a lighter version built around breakaway collars, and Hearth works for any pet that eats from a bowl.
Which phones will Daybook support?
Daybook is planned for iOS and Android.
What happens to my pet’s data?
It stays yours. We won’t sell it, build ad profiles from it or share it with insurers. Export and delete are built into the app. Read the privacy policy for the details.
What is Kite Atelier?
A fine-jewelry edition of Kite: the same sensor and AI, set in precious metal with lab-grown diamonds, created with a fine-jewelry partner. Collection details will be announced; waitlist members hear first.
